Open to everyone

Everyone with an interest or investment in language is welcome. Focussing on our journey so far, the panel will reflect on their decisions and approach to language across different contexts including co-production, system change and communications. We’ll also have time for open discussion and a Q&A with the panel.

Join the conversation

  • By sharing our experiences, we’ll explore the power and impact of language on people accessing support, those working in organisations, and in the wider system
  • We’ll identify and discuss different terminology and good practice that will help us all to shift language in a way that is more trauma informed.

  • We’ll share tips and tools that help us improve our language and we’ll reflect on the language we use.
